What defines an 'Active Zone'?
An active zone is a specific cluster of pin codes where KourierX has deployed salaried riders. We do not aggregate to third parties in these zones.
What happens if I ship outside active zones?
We focus on density. Currently, we only accept shipments destined for our active Mumbai micro-zones to guarantee the 24-hour turnaround.
Is volumetric weight charged?
No. For our standard tiers, we charge flat rates based on dead weight tiers (up to 2kg). Volumetric logic only applies to the Scale plan for oversized items.
How is RTO calculated?
RTO is charged at a flat rate separate from forward shipping. This ensures we are incentivized to deliver, not just attempt.

Services & Pricing
KourierX provides hyperlocal delivery services within Mumbai micro-zones. Customers agree to pay per-order prices as listed in their active plan.
COD Settlement
Cash on Delivery amounts are reconciled and processed within 24 hours of successful delivery confirmation.
Zone Restriction
Services are limited to active KourierX micro-zones. Shipments outside active zones will not be accepted.
Liability
KourierX liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to a maximum of ₹5,000 per parcel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is straightforward and tied to shipment lifecycle stages.

Dispute Resolution
KourierX is committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.

Step 2: Escalation

Step 3: Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Mumbai, Maharashtra, under applicable Indian law. Jurisdiction: Mumbai courts exclusively.
